nah, the US approached it the wrong way.. and acted wrong... is what some people say. Some also say the US should have never said they would attack without UN approval.

he said long BEFORE Iraq was an issue that "the policy of my administration is regime change in Iraq".

that makes it pretty tough to later claim "its all about disarming Iraq"
