It means that once you send them a hit it is their's to do with as they please. It is no longer your hit.

doubt it, the terms are pretty cut throat lol.

No wonder why half of the sales I made with them are getting nulled..

im sure the traffic is still tracked and credited properly

Yes i agree with this... unless you still have your tracking id on other sites they'll refer your hits at.
