It's just the guys filming themselves playing video games that are getting hit right now from what I've heard. Will be interesting to see what happens to guys like pewdiepie who have 17 million subscribers and basically every video they make is video game footage.

Basically youtube went after these fuckers, like AngryJoe, who stole content and make money off of it. So fuck'em.

Is it really stealing content? Did Siskel and Ebert get dmca'd for using movie clips in their movie reviews? I dont really see how this can be considered theft. If anything would fall under fair use, this should.

Interviewing a person or reviewing a game is not stealing content. I'm not a fan of this angry joe guy, but he is bang on with what he says with regards to branding / using content to review games and the likes in his reviews..
