If you have this much hassle in getting the card with missed deadlines and all what do you think is going to happen at renewal or when you need to get your money after getting the card? Services like Paxum are supposed to make things easier and more efficient, not harder. I think they forgot this.

Paxum's ticket support staff are not at all helpful. You will make yourself crazy trying to deal with their ticket support.
Ruth, however, seems to always be available to answer questions I may have. Frankly, if it wasn't for Ruth answering questions for me, I'd not even bother with Paxum any more. |
I have exactly the same issue with paxum. First, my card was hacked and now I am waiting for months for replacement. Few days before it was supposed to be shipped they informed me that they need more documents and now it seems I will have to wait months again. Ruth gave me coupon for free wire, but I need card to pay for hosting, domains etc. :(

Do this. Contact Chosen and have all your funds transfer to Paypal, Payoneer or Paxum to Western Union contact chosen or roby if they allow it. I have one of there cards even activated but still wont allow for anyone to send me money to them... Threads like this scare the hell out of me, anyone that has been doing this as long or longer then me, knows about shit like this with ibill and epass just to name a few!

When they launched I was very skeptical and wasn't shy to say so, but that changed quickly as I've gotten nothing but fantastic service and support from them. I have no issue with the rules and regulations they have, they are doing it for a reason. Epass used to allow business account holders to issue cards, I really need to find the card I had made with Mick Lovin on it. We see what happened there. |
I am waiting on a renewal card now for along time it said shipped on 11/28 but not here yet, was printing for like 2 mos. I need the card too many fees as is without having to pay to move to paypal. This is not looking good right now.

As we have stated before we do have a delay in the card printing right now and every day we are working on getting it caught up. It does nothing for us for you guys to be without cards.
