Who Can Send Emails for Me on an Opt-in Email List
 

I am looking to start sending out regular mailings (fortnightly / monthly).
Need a decent sized opt-in mailing list that I can use or share.

Whatever you do do not let people with foot fetishes and rather obese handle your emailing concerns as it will just be a reseller for someone else with bad teeth and should have stuck to the art of magic.

Take this advice with a grain of salt... (the above post take with an iron clad fist and believe it)

I have a dedicated server for just sending emails, well also backups, errr.. also host a couple sites on. But anyhoo...

I use this dedicate server and create sub-domains on it... i.e.

mailer.barefootsiesisapig.com

I then send emails from that server using... http://www.phplist.com/
It is totally free and my host set it up.

Be careful about how many emails are sent per hour and you should be ok. If you get a good host, if your IP becomes blacklisted for whatever reason, just put the emailer sub-domain on a different IP and carry on.

Emailing consultants are likely some of the biggest frauds out there.

I recommend using Beaner to do your email marketing. He's right, the only thing that is important is that you 'don't send too many per hour'. Nothing else matters.

Now, obviously, he comes across here are a total mental bipolar crackhead alchie, but don't let that put you off. He really is a great guy and you should also give him your billing. I've not heard of him running off spending people's money on drugs and booze. Yet.
