What to use to manage multiple WP-blogs?

I'm looking for a solution to handle all my Wordpress-blogs, they are spread out over different shared-hosting-accounts.

What would be a good choice?

(No recurring-payment bullshit. Only a onetime-fee script/application is interesting to me.)

Why not just get them on the same host and do a WordPress multisite install?

So far I'm really loving the free InfiniteWP, I have it installed on a VPS I had sitting around and I added one of my blog networks to it, works great!

None of those scripts make things easier than having your Blogs bookmarked, a file with the updates, etc...

Also installing shit into your server, is really not a good move.

It won't make things any different than entering each of your blogs manually and updating them.

Otherwise explain me why and what exactly does it do for you that makes things so better??...

We are just talking about entering a blog, updating it and closing the window. I don't see why you would need a special script with that. You can just do that in seconds.

Just sayin...
