This country is WAY to soft on drinking and driving crimes. A friend of mine was telling how his neighbor wrecked his car, while drunk off his ass, into someones home. Luckily no one was there, but went through the porch into the front of the house -- forgot to turn off the street.

He got "ARD" which is basically a get out of jail free pass in PA. Just a small fine and a couple classes and the DUI never shows up. Claim was filed with the home owners insurance policy and all he paid was the $1,000 deductible.

News report where I first saw it thinks it's real but it could still be staged. Media fall for these types of things all the time.

If it is real it clearly won't have any effect on the gut. He was laughing at the end and thought it was funny.
