                                          This country is WAY to soft on drinking and driving crimes. A friend of mine was telling how his neighbor wrecked his car, while drunk off his ass, into someones home. Luckily no one was there, but went through the porch into the front of the house -- forgot to turn off the street.

                                          He got "ARD" which is basically a get out of jail free pass in PA. Just a small fine and a couple classes and the DUI never shows up. Claim was filed with the home owners insurance policy and all he paid was the $1,000 deductible.

                                          BULLSHIT

                                          You drink and drive, you should be in jail and pay huge fines for being stupid.

                                                                      He will drink and drive until he serves real jail time or kills someone. Hopefully jail comes first.
