Hey I need some artwork done, a cartoon character for a female model called Chloe Toy, it needs to have a anime/manga/cosplay feel to it... is this something anyone can do ?

Usually i modify my style in base of the needs of the client, so if you need manga style i can doit too, is just that mostly i receive toon or western style requests.
