Paxum issue

I not able to transfer money from my paxum card to my paxum account?
anyone knows if they change?
I want to buy some traffic and have already transferd from my account to my card, but now need to transfer back :(

you can't transfer from card back to wallet...

you could before, but now you can't.

WIRE question. It's possible to withdraw USD to my EUR bank account? I don't see my USD checking as an option when I want to withdraw my money via WIRE. I'm very confused.
