If you use meta refresh it will get you removed.. use a text or something saying enter here.

You can do a server level re-direct and that is not as bad as a meta refresh.

If you know you have SE traffic coming, why not detect inbound click thrus and deliver targeted clicks by term? This gets tricky, but these days...the cloaking technology of yesterday can be unique to play with for other types of targeting initiatives.
