When youre editing origional video is it normal to lose quality?
I have some origional video and now I'm working with it in Premiere 6 and the video is darker and lost a lot of the quality when running it thorugh Premiere.
Is this normal or is there a setting I'm missing? Does this mean I should get a new video card or something else? :helpme |
never had that happen to me before dude. try another prog and see if you get the same results.

no, i downloaded it and didnt care for it.....plus it didnt like my source files....so it went in the trash.
ive used virtualdub, MGI Videowave 4, Uleads Video Studio 6, and one other prog i cant remember. given the chance i think i might try Vegasvideo next....have heard good things :) |
If you capture from analog you will lose quality, period. You are adding a generation.
If you do a digital dump (firewire), it should be exactly the same as what's on the Mini-DV. Cheers, Backov |
