Well...I normally play poker...but the tables were full when I entered the Casino...so I started playing blackjack.

I just had my third facet block infiltration treatment this morning in fact. Twelve horse-needles in all, I get this procedure about every 3 months now. So I'm feeling a bit shaky today, but in a few days their effects should begin to set in and the pain *should* ease up a little bit in the lower back.

It doesn't do much for the sciatica though. But I'll take what I can get.

With these needles I am now able to shovel snow again, without practically dying from agony.
