One of my good friend's wife is a nurse. When she was just finishing up her schooling she had to do a rotation in an ER. One night they had a woman come in with her shampoo bottle logged in her vag. The woman told the nurse in charge that she "slipped" in the shower and fell on it. The nurse deadpanned back, "There's a lot of that going on around here."
