Trade Pulse or Trade Expert

So now ATX seems to be an ending story, I might need to start using a new tradescript in the future. So far TradePulse and TradeExpert seems to be the best options.

Any cons or pros for one of them ? I have been reading some issues with TP getting hacked on their forum. Any experience with this or other issues on both scripts ?

Thanks.

The TP hack was very nasty indeed. I'd go for TE myself in the future.

ATX was hacked many times over as well..it's bound to happen with any script..

TP is a great script, i like TE as well, both should make you happy

It is,but it is open source which gives huge advantage over any other trade script-if you want add new features you can do it by yourself and not relay on mercy of author plus it's free.So basicly money which you save by using tradex you can use by paying a coder to add whatever feature you need. And there is chance how you wont even need anything to add.In shortly, while i respect work from both tradeexpert and tradepulse authors ,in reality spending money on trade script is simply not worth it these days.

Yes, hacks happen to all scripts I know. Often not just script related but also poor server config related.

Thanks for the feedback ;-) Will pick one of those two the coming days.

Still wonder what happened with ATX/Frank, I had a good AND friendly experience with him.

Open source has its advantages here, agree. However, if it is not longer developed by the author, this is an disadvantage and you will end up with a coder working on it constantly.
I still think spending some $$ on a maintained trade script can be worth the money.

Thanks ;-)
