Healthcare.gov down but no "we're down" page?
 

When I try to access Healthcare.gov, all I get is the browser telling me it can't connect to the website. Shouldn't there at least be a "we'll be back" warm welcome message? I thought this website was supposed to be like kayak.com but instead Obamacare is more like a light switch that the feds can turn on and off at will. Pretty scary stuff if you ask me. Maybe they should have let the porn industry build the site. I bet someone here could have done a better job.

For some reason government sites always cost 100x more then what is normal price of site building/design.I still remember how cost of our government site was 3 mil(local currency)and when it was published they were telling how it's best feature it flash clock on it :1orglaugh
