I know it's very sad, Still people trapped just now as well.

Yup, we were out for drinks with Ross last night and we heard people talking about it. It was only when we got back home later on and switched the tv on we saw the scale of what had actually just happened.

Very sad news...

8 confirmed dead now. :(

The club i am going to tonight is just around the corner from where it happened.

I guess i'll likely see some of the aftermath...

i am not a helicopter specialist but even if both engines fail, a heli usually levitates (?) relatively slowly to the ground as long as the rotor still turns. this sounds like the main rotor just stopped abruptly

Everything has a time, has a season. A time to rejoice, to be in pain etc,. So sad to hear. Just be careful all the time.
