Business Question: Is Less More?
 

My paysites offer very unique content but it is quite limited, meaning my Members Areas do not have thousands of videos, photos, etc. I partially "solve" this problem by having 32 paysites included for the price of one plus daily-updated HD bonus content to keep Members happy (and rebilling).

This setup works really well for me, my rebills are strong and my front-door sales are always steady. Yet I see other Paysite operations with MEGA Members Areas, weekly (or even daily) updates, new content added all the time so I'm wondering if these beefy Members Areas produces more rebills, sales, etc. I'm guessing and postulating that they actually do NOT.

Sometimes "less is more" and I do know, from my own surfer experience, that a person can get overwhelmed by too much choice. So I'm wondering if any of you have found that updating less, adding less content, etc has helped your business or if you think only by constantly adding MORE content you've been successful?

if you offer niche sites with unique content, why compare yourself with 'mega member areas'?

Well (good question), mostly because SOME of my sites can be considered "niche sites" while others are more generic. Besides, I'm not really talking about Brazzers, Reality Kings-type websites but more like from smaller companies like mine. :)
