Webmaster Checks is a good service, and they can definitely help you if you wish to issue affiliate payouts via check, however it is important to note that many European affiliates and other International affiliates cannot properly cash checks in their countries without excessive fees or penalties for the service through their bank. In Europe, checks are pretty much obsolete.
