I am not a big Kanye fan however I have seen him do several live interviews and have never heard his annunciation be that bad. Plus if you actually watch the video the timing is slightly off between the words and his mouth moving. Seems odd.

However, regardless, he isn't wrong. I am not a big Obama fan however not being a fan doesn't mean I am going to deny that the man came in to office with some good intentions and had he had the support of the right people behind him he could have done way better than he did. Kanye did not explicate that accurately because he was using money as power examples which wasn't the issue for Obama. Obama failed because what he wanted to achieve literally meant stepping on the dicks of the entire medical and pharmaceutical billionaire and millionaire world. He didn't have enough powerful backers behind him to be able to take those kind of steps and be supported. People want to blame that on race and to some extent it is about race but the biggest thing it is about is money and that doesn't have a damn thing to do with what color some one is in the case of health reform.
