Gotta tidy up - too hectic.

It is always a process of learning. You need more content, less banner. Ads only where it makes sense, where the user watches a video, and might want to get more. Not on the first page!

Your website is slow, and there are too many advertisements.

You can save on loading time by having a smaller header image.
