I recommend Prez as well. He was the one who redesigned dinoreviews.com recently and we're happy with the results. Also I think he did most of our tube templates. He can even do custom coding for MB :pimp

mechtemplates.com and zuzanadesigns.com has some non-exclusive ones as well. As far as I know no one else has premade templates.

We are also converting all of our existing templates to responsive html5 and have a new batch to release with our tube template site that will be launched soon.

I also do custom designs for between $200-$300 in most cases + implementation.
