Anyone here into Beef?

I know lots of vegetarians and vegans all over the place but beef is still cool right? Have you ever bought steak online?

No, seriously; these days, I try to not eat so much beef, but I used to order beef from the Schwan man. Pretty good stuff.

I prefer Lamb - Although sometimes enjoy a good steak...

Around here we have loads of Muslim butchers and they do wonderful Lamb so I don't need to order online.....

Into beef? Sure, what kind of question is that to ask a bunch of fellow carnivores. :D

There's a small butcher chain here that owns and raises all it's own cattle and chickens, all non-injected and free range stuff. Their pork is all of a certain quality as well. The owner is a stickler about it. Their ground beef in particular is lean (but not too lean), cooks up like velvet and melts in your mouth.

They even have bison and elk meat. Often about twenty buck a pound but it's damn good.

Am I into beef. Ha! How the hell else you going to make a great chili with no beef?!

Ever have the Kobe Beef at Craft Steak? Every time I go to Foxwoods Casino, I have to visit Craft Steak for that $100 cut of beef that melts in your mouth like butter.

Capitol Grille is great too. I like the Porterhouse, rare. I'll eat that whole fucking thing.

My favorite way to eat meat ?. Great if you like to stand in the kitchen and slowly eat while talking to a date or watching sports on TV.

Slice filet thin, drop on hot iron skillet with olive oil or butter, flip, eat with cheese, french bread, red wine. Repeat, repeat, repeat ?..
