just got jumped in miami walking down the street by two drunk degenerates
 

So yea like the title says.

I just got done with a long day on the computer and shooting a scene and went for a walk in the park near my apartment downtown miami.

on the way back I was crossing the street in the cross walk w walk sign and this big ass 350 pickup truck started swerving towards me and playing chicken with me so I did a little jog to get out of the street

when I was on the sidewalk the guys stopped at the light started talking shit to me like a bitch run a bitch so I turned around and walked away flipped him the bird as i was walking away

which I guess prompted the driver to get out of the truck he was about 6 ft 3 I'm 5ft9 And he came up to me on the sidewalk got my face talking more shit.

and I was like damn you smell drunk as shit you really shouldn't be fucking me cause I'm going to grab your plate and call the cops so I went back to his truck was parked in the middle of a lane street at the time to snap a picture of the license and his friend got out of the truck at that point and started faking like was gonna hit me.

I stood my ground and didn't exactly walk away but when the guy came at me he did swing at me n i then knocked a minute I had about 3 times.

I was about to hold him down til the cops came until some knucklehead bystander got behind me and rear choke me out and pulled me off him so they got in the truck and sped off.

I guess the big guy the driver was a bit afraid of my comment about calling the cops cause he was shitfaced drunk so he just stood there and watched I'm glad cause he probably would've stomped me.

Called cops after and they aid it wasnt worth following up on butwere happy I beat his ass.
and said they would have to arrests everyone for disorderly conduct in a street fight like that. I was like what OMFG.

Kids. Dont drive drunk act tough and gret ur ass kicked.

Felt good to pummel some douche bag. Feel relaxed now after the adrenelin rush.

The thing to do is not provoke them. Just walk away slowly but be sure to record them and their license plate with your phone. First you can use it to make a police report, then post it on youtube once you know who they are, then make fun of them remixing the video with some redneck banjo music, or replace your words with some tough-guy voice calling them names. All kinds of ways to make them pay.

How exactly did I provoke a truck driving down the road gunning its engine at me and swerving towards me intentionally as I walk across the crosswalk.

I've had encounters with sociopaths a couple times in the last few years. I'm someone who is good at avoiding trouble, but sometimes they find you. No punches were thrown, but I walked away thinking the world would be a better place if this person collapsed dead right now. One guy threatened assault because my dog peed on what he perceived to be his grass, but it was not. When he came closer, my Lab found his primal wolf roots and made him stop. I know one of his neighbors, and he said they all hate his cranky ass.

Miami has become a trashcan right along with the rest of Florida.

vast majority of Miami is absolutely disgusting along with a large portion of the people thanks I'm glad I wasn't hurt I really didn't expect it to end that way from middle finger but I'm pretty glad I beat the shit out of the guy

in retrospect it definitely would not worth it to deal with getting injured over some assholes like that but sometimes in the situation better judgement is overlookd

some loser kicked the back of my car and rammed his bike into the trunk leaving a small dent and scratch.

i pondered what i should do as he told me to go fuck myself and took off on his pedal bike. I looked at the person with me and thought, they will think im a psycho if i pursue this. I then said fuck it.
Chased him down, and broke the basket he had on the back of his bike off.
threw it across the road, i should have bent his wheel now that i think of it.
He attacked me, i didn't feel like i needed to hit him, so i just threw him as he rushed at me. He got the point when he hit the ground.

I got in my car and drove away. My friend thinks im crazy...however if you let people fuck with you all the time...you will hate yourself for it.

I am not a fighter or a tough guy. Just sometimes you can't let people push you around or take advantage. Turning the other cheek is great and all, but sometimes it should just be to make sure there are no cops around to see what you are about to do.

I'm also not stupid and I assess the situation and think if I can handle it or not obviously you can't control everything so that doesn't always work.

Glad I don't live there anymore...I made it thru the "Miami Vice" era after growing up there and moving out in 1992...the 305 is much different than when I grew up there...and it was a crazy place even back then.
