Is someone having recently problems to load their master card from e-wallet?
Load pending etc?

Yep. All the time. It's why I finally had to move most of my business away from them. I can't have my money sitting in limbo while I wait on it (especially after I've already waited for 2 weeks to get my money in the first place)

I asked them to fix it over and over and over. They never have.

So now it's just some old rebills that I do with Zombaio mostly.

And even with that...I had $860 NOT load onto my card yesterday. I put in support ticket. And it's still not even been "assigned" to anyone in support.

Sometimes they get it corrected in 24 hours (Which is fucking UN-acceptable in my opinion...it should be corrected within minutes). And once I waited about 5 days before I ever got it.

Worst support in the industry. :(

Shame too...they were so good when I first started using Zombaio.

It's got to be killing their business. People can only take so much before they move away from them.

On the first day of x-mas my parasite gave to me....1 bogus decline, 1 paltry approval, and 3 weeks worth of late monies...

Sorry to hear that. Don't know why they doing this. It does not make sense. If they keep doing this it shows something is wrong there...Something does not work right.

Why don't you use the ACH option to get your money?

yep they have done this holding bullshit for like a year. Its just a way for them to hold onto eveyone's money for another 2-4 days after the 2 weeks. They blame it on the bank but the use the same bank as payoneer and do you ever hear of this shit with payoneer? Of course not.

I left months ago and sooooo much happier now. Why anyone would use zombaio now after all the shit on the boards god only knows

And they are poor as hell. They can't send you a prepaid card unless you put some funds in your account and if the prepaid card doesn't arrive NO REFUND that is one of the biggest mistake they had for Redpass doing that is like killing your customers.

The pending card load is the biggest shit they cut done... :Oh crap
