Who does text for join forms, tours and promos?
 

What is the job description of the person who generally comes up with the sales text on tours, promos, fhg's etc?

My designer is ESL, my programmer is not really a sales oriented person, and I myself don't feel I understand surfers. Is there a special job description for the person who does this? Or is it just usually some half qualified person randomly adding text with lots of hyperbole and unnecessary punctuation?
