Member login problem - any ideas?

may be account blocked by your security scrip, if any installed.... its really a strange error... better ask host I check mine on ipad and mac and pc all work fine. some time its also a cookie error... logs file will give u accurate error why denied

enable cookie,javascript. try another browser, try restarting device.

clear all cache.
clear all cookie.
try again after some time., some scrpt blocks multiple access or it takes them hours to realize that last login attempt was expired.
install some addon and try to figure out the headers the site is giving.
then you will have some technical things on your hand , then you can go from there.

please check are u having the same url, including www and non-www, i have seen scripts coded not to work with both..

Sounds like an obvious one, but an errant spelling if username or password typed could be as simple as that. Or pasting a copied space at the end of a username or pass too

I had this one browser which would automatically capitalize the initial letter of my username, it was annoying, but worse things have happened at sea I suppose :upsidedow

Spelling error, Capcha error, or he is using his mobile package with one IP vs his home net with another IP and he's not being allowed in.

My guess anyway.
