I saw the fights last night and Hendricks won for sure.



But thats not what I cued in on. The interview after the fight showed me whats really up.

GSP is gay and in the closest. UFC is way covering it up and George wants out and a personal life with being who he is, not what the UFC wants him to be.


Im not trying to be funny or disrespect a great fighter, but he looked very torn and conflicted last night.


I have gay friends and been around when they came out of the closet. Same pained look.


This guy is way in the closet!! So obvious!!


He is in the public eye, he doesn't have a girlfriend and his boyfriend is urging him to come out of the closet and his fight career is saying "NO".


I couldn't imagine not being with someone who I love and want a future with (Man or Woman), and my career won't let me. Sucks for him. Pretty sad situation.

That's honestly the most plausible explanation I can think of for that near emotional breakdown he had during that interview last night. You're right, he looked absolutely gutted and kept acting like there was something more that he wanted to say, but just couldn't bring himself to say it.

It is a bit odd that you never hear about him with any high profile women, especially since he is one of the biggest sex symbols in MMA. I know the rumor going around is that he liked the black women, but other than some pics of him in the hot tub with black chicks there was never any proof. Definitely something to think about and a good call... :thumbsup

He should have lost last night, but he is still one of the best fighters in the history of MMA. I can't imagine that he's losing any sleep over how much respect you have for him...

Last night was his worst nightmare, he lost the fight and he was completely dominated and outclassed by Hendricks.

excuses, and reasons are 2 very different things.

years ago Dana White had him briefly bearded by that ring card chick who did the reality show, Rachelle Leah. the black chicks in the jacuzzi, probably David L'Oiseau's pieces and an attempt to get a photo and rumor circulating that he likes black chicks.

hope he feels comfortable to come out some day. maybe he'll wait till his fight career is over.

Interesting theory Dave! It did seem like he was very conflicted about something. Saying he had to "go away" for a while. usually a guy says that when he needs to spend time with his wife & kids to save his marriage after a cheating scandal or something. Or going into rehab from drugs. Since those two things are not applicable, maybe Dave is onto something.

In any case, I had GSP winning rounds 3 & 5 only. Hendricks should have been the new champ.

Keep in mind he is knee deep in it. He also said he lost his memory, which has happened to a bunch of fighters I cornered.


One friend of mine Josh Dempsey, a pro boxer, lost 2 weeks of his life that he cannot remember because a fight went on that should have been stopped in the 5th, but went to 10.


So if GSP, who is a well known for being polite and respectful, says he can't remember, I believe him. He got hit really hard last night.

And I think last night, if he clearly won, I think that he was going to come out and step away from MMA for a while and see what happens.


But sensing the rematch, he doesn't want the added drama of getting ready for a big fight.


He wants to come out of the closest. But he's afraid the UFC fans will be pissed.

And he wants to spend time with his significant other. Personal time .He had a pained look on his face when he was talking.

Was sad. I felt bad for him. It would suck to not be who u really are all of this time.


No girlfriend, no mom dying, no brother dying, no failing marriage, no uptight girlfriend about his job.

What's left?

Pissed off boyfriend who want him to come out of the closest Go public with their relationship.

He should have lost and it cost me some money, but GSP showed a big heart. He got the shit kicked out of him and still kept fighting.

I do not understand the big deal if he is gay. Why would he need to make an announcement? Shouldn't he just live his life as he wants and then answer the question honestly if asked? Maybe there is pressure at the ufc to stay in the closet, and that wouldnt be right. But to retire over the issue is stupid if he still loves the sport.

I tend to think he needs a break from the constant training and pressure. He got the snot knocked out of him and probably doesnt want to endure the type of training required to get the snot kicked out of him again. If there is a rematch I suspect he may need plastic surgery to repair the damage dealt.

I disagree that he should have lost. I do agree that it was hendricks's fight. but he did not BEAT him. And in any close call it always goes the champs way. To be the champ you have to BEAT the champ. You have win decisively. And this was not a beating.
I very much doubt he is gay, but you never know. Given the size of his team and associated hangers on, it would be very hard to keep something like that quiet.

Neither MMA nor boxing scoring actually works that way although people often say so. MMA scoring uses a rounds and points system. Unless you are giving three or more rounds to Hendricks, assuming all 10-9 rounds as is typical, then Hendricks did not beat the champ.

Mind you I gave Hendricks rounds one, two and four, as did most people.

Even he is real gay, he will fuck your brains and flesh out of your face and 10 of your buddies. That i am 100% sure.

Round 1 could've gone either way. If I recall, Hendrix may have landed more strikes but it was pretty back and forth. The judges apparently gave the round to GSP.

Rounds 2 and 4 were definitely won by Hendricks, no question.

Round 3 was GSP, no question. Round 5, while not very dominant, went to GSP.

I personally think Hendricks won but then, i thought Gustafsson as well but he didn't get the decision either so yeah...

As far as whether GSP is gay or not, who the hell cares? I don't know why it evens matters. He's obviously going through something as was evident by the near emotional breakdown he had at the end, but who knows what it is... not sure why it matters so much though.

and when Dana White is saying his golden boy GSP got his ass kicked and lost that fight you KNOW GSP got his ass beat bad...I mean he immediately had to go to the hospital after the fight and get stitches and checked out and meanwhile Johnny has no marks and is at the post fight talking with reporters...GSP comes in halfway through it and looks like he got his face smashed in badly.

That's a fair point, credit where it's due the guy took 5 rounds of punches from a guy who hits like a truck. Not too many people have gone 5 rounds with Hendricks.
