When testing traffic how much volume CPM and CPC do you do per day to make a judgment on the traffic source?

30,000 clicks if this is tube traffic - 30k will give you a precise idea of how this traffic performs on your product.
If it's a smaller source, i never make it less than 5,000
Sending 400 clicks and then stopping is totally useless imho

Even at those rates, is that high enough to gauge ROI if your offer has different selling points?

I will spend about 10x my CPA on a test.
