Actually made some money but that was for a very short time

When you look back at it the people behind TGP2 were on the right path of giving away less. Sadly they were shouted down by those who were racing to see who could give away the most and drive the industry into the ground.

Not exactly; those shouting it down could see with the numbers that TGP2 just wasn't going to work. AVS was really the way to go.

True. AVS was the shit. There was a time when all I did was make AVS sites and small feeder sites that I spammed Altavista with. :)

TGP2 was too small and too late to the party, but I still liked that they were at least trying to put a plug back in the leaky dam.

TGP2... I think sites built by the... I ducking forget their brand name... but they showed TGP30 was smarter...

I tried it back in the day, its cause it wasnt functional in the sense of th surfers loving it compared to the other forums . We follow the surfer, not our selfs.
