Help needed in webcam studio business
 

I'm starting a webcam model studio and I deal with girls only to give webcam shows.
I will work with Livejasmin.
My main question is that how can I legally pay my models? Should I give them receipt or is there any other options?
Besides any advice or tip would be very appreciated!

Find another local studio in your area and ask if they will help you with some questions in exchange for sending some models their way or for cash.

If you are going to pay tax in full and studio costs and models AND do livejasmin then this is perhaps not a good business model.

Also models are very very flaky. If you expect them to have work and business ethics you are in for a very bad surprise. Models are inherently stupid and, literally, 1 out of 10 will be worth your time.

If you do not have a BLAZING and I mean BLAZING internet connection for example fiber-optic you should forget about opening a studio all together.

I manage to recruit 1 girl/month i need 1 day to find her and 29 days to fucking brain wash her in to believing in something other than sucking cock for 20euros and being happy with that.

What you need to do is ask your accountant about this, because how you do it can be different depending on where your studio is.

In Montreal for example, you can hire your chat models to be employees, or sub contractors. Employees is hard to do because you will have to collect taxes based on their pay and remit them to the government, but if they are sub contracts you don't have to collect the taxes and instead can pay them 100% of their earnings.

If they are working from your location, they must work less than a certain amount of time otherwise it would be illegal for you to employ them as sub-contractors, and you must then turn them into salaried employees.

The rules can be different depending on where you are as I said earlier, so the best thing to do is to ask an accountant and they will tell you how to do it.
