has anyone purchased this yet? I was watching the videos on it and was wondering if it would make it easier getting the net on tv but it looks like the only way you can do that is by using another device

I bought one early but I am disappointed by the video quality, have a android stick that works much better.

I love google Chromecast. They have disabled streaming video from the browser which REALLY sucks. You can only use Chromecast if the app supports it.

I've had for a while now and just take it on trips or to family house that don't have smart tv or htpc...i never use it at home. It would be nice to see some more apps released though otherwise they should just call it Netflix Stick or something.

I got one when they first came out and haven't used it in a month. Are you saying that you can no longer stream video from the pc browser to the tv? They need to make it so you can stream videos on your phone to the tv.

i wanted to buy one until i learned that the DNS server is hardcoded and i still cant watch netflix on my tv with that
