Talk to me about Payment Processors please
 

I have what i think is a unique need from a customer of mine, and i need some direction on where to look for a solution. Overall objective: My client has many affiliates. My client needs to be able to process payments on each of these affiliates websites, and interact with their individual bank accounts for accts pay/rec.

Essentially i need 1 Processor account, to process transactions for MANY separate businesses. Each business will enter their own bank details, etc.

a "HUB" of sorts.
Business A, Business B, Business C, Business D, etc etc etc
All put their web transactions through PROCESSOR
Processor handles its business, and sends payments to each individual bank account.
Processor has the ability to do reporting on a per-business level, as well as reporting inclusive of ALL data being processed, for any business using its service.

Not sure im explaining it clear enough, let me know if i can answer anything specific.

I would see if Netbilling has this flexibility. I believe they do.

Currently my client has its affiliates sign up, create their landing pages, and bring their own processor. If they dont have one, we recommend a Plug&Pay one.

We would like to centralize this if possible, to reduce the overall monthly expense to the group as a whole. If we can get the cost low enough, it is even possible we would look into subsidizing those costs to make the affiliate program more attractive.

What are some other merchant account services firms you know of? Id like to begin searching and whittling down, ultimately offering options for 2 or 3 solutions.

auth.net basically rushed me off the phone, said they dont offer anything like this because each affiliate has their own entity ID's, tax ID's, etc.

They also could not suggest anyone who does offer what im seeking.

The total transactions across all affiliates is between $300k-$750k per month (depending on many factors). Im hoping a provider see's that as an opportunity and bends a bit to help me out lol

1) each subaccount gets approved mid
2) master mid processes all and pays all subs

Either 2 of those i can get you from point a, to point b and it is not hard. Tracking, admin panel etc. all covered.
