Your sponsor knows, ask it

My guess is that someone complained about something and got a free month out of it

I could be mistaken, but I **think** sometimes these show up when the client purchased a membership via an affiliate's PPS link, and then recurs. Since the affiliate is no longer due a commission, the $ value is 0. The admin side reporting would show the actual recurring revenue generated in its full value.

Either way, I would ask your affiliate program manager directly for an answer. Beyond that, everything else would just be speculation from GFY responses as no one here has access to the actual transaction information. Good luck getting it sorted out.

I have seen this, it means you aren't getting paid for that rebill. I run nats and have only seen this happen when I make a PPS program and then don't hide rebills from affiliates, but there are other scenarios I can imagine.

As far as I know though, you can't make a rebill $0 for the affiliate if that wasn't the original deal. Even if you change the payout of a program it wont affect existing sales.

If you're using a PPM biller in your cascade this sometimes happens when a sale is initiated. The sale is recorded before any time has accumulated therefore totaling $0. In NATS you can modify the settings to correct this. Create a ticket at TMM :2 cents:

You Are Right. For example Babes.com does this for sure. A bit annoying but nothing special.

iSpyCams 11-12-2013 12:17 PM

In a way it is helpful as it lets you know you are providing valuable customers to that program, trials are converting etc. You may decide to switch to revshare if it happens a lot. Other than that useless information.

if the user rebilled and then its zero, thats strange for sure, ask program owner, and if he dont answer, of course come back here, we love it :winkwink: but some programs really shows rebills from pps sales, so the rebill is zero ... check that first :winkwink: have luck and let us know :thumbsup

_Richard_ 11-12-2013 12:41 PM

you have seen 4 successful rebills for this member, but the 5th is $0?

Are you on revshare?

is it possible the member cancelled and took the 'please don't go' sales options?

bdld 11-12-2013 01:03 PM

if it's a pps program don't worry about it.

the next day the $0 turned into $23.97 :)

think I've actually seen this happen before with another NATS program

anexsia 11-13-2013 04:52 AM

I've had this happen before and the rebill amount shows up later

AHarper 11-22-2013 06:59 AM

I noticed the same af Mofoscash. Had a PPS signup and each month, the rebill appears with amount of 0.00. As it's currently rebill #38 and I only got 35 bucks PPS, PPS was a bad choice for me :1orglaugh
