You need to work a lot to find how to convert cams. I don't think you will find this or other secrets in this forum actually.

I see a lot of people from this forum, doing things to make money (for example with the traffic brokers) that they never ever talk about in this forum. They just tell you: "Join Plug Rush", but they don't tell you what to do with it. And if you have no idea, you will only make 50 cents per month with Plug Rugh, while those people make a lot of money with their secret method. With cams, it's the same.

People don't share their secrets anymore. You will have to find things by your own. That's how it works now.

At first it can be very frustrating, but once you find out how to do it, it's incredible worth it. Same as with Dating.

Your question "How do you make cams sales?" is really vague and doesn't contain enough info, but here's a super short answer.

You need:

#1. potential customers who are looking for Live adult fun, and you need chat models willing to provide that fun.

#2. A platform for them to meet.

#3. A little time to allow customers to get to trust the website they are on, and especially to get to know the models.

The last part is very important and is often over looked by newbies to adult. If you think about it, there are many things that have to be "just right" before the customer will spend money. For example:

- He has to be alone (wife and kids out of the house)
- He has to have a credit card and room on his credit card.
- He has to be turned on and ready to play
- He has to like the model he is about to chat with
- He has to know that the model is ready to play in his favourite niche / kink

Lots of new site owners expect sales instantly, but as you can see It takes a while for all of the above to fall into place. In our own experience, a QUALIFIED customer has to log in about 10 times before he will make a purchase. It is possible to reduce this number if the customer is Super-Qualified (someone who comes from a members area and who is chatting with a niche specific model).

So in short:
- Be very careful where you advertise. Get targeted, qualified traffic only.
- Make sure your models know how to talk to potential new customers.
- Have patience and let the sales process happen.

"Newbies to adult" are most often those most open to input and advice regarding cam sales...

It's those who are very experienced, often adult industry veterans, who overlook the most important part/s, or even ignore the wisest webcam-market advice, who miss out, crash and burn or just get discouraged and walk away.

Mostly, because they've been marketing and selling and profitting from static (pics & vids) content, they think they don't need anyone to tell'em how it's done.

Best advice so far and it's not only related to cams! Most webmasters think that if they send 10k of traffic than a sale is a must. You may need to send 10k per day many days until sales come.

Try using a white label and have Google Analytics installed on it , see how traffic goes. I've seen in general that traffic with bounce rate of 50% , 3 min avg duration and around 4 - 5 page views (avg) converts around 1:4000 first and then slowly to 1:600-700 but it takes at least 1 or 2 months (sending continuous traffic) to see some results.

Very true, cams and static (pics & vids) it is very, very different. Experience in one it should not give confidence in the other, or there will be blood.
