Free Paysite Ideas: Give away an idea you're never going to use.
 

I've had a lot of ideas along the way for paysites and I know I'll never do most of them. Either I don't have time, the right resources, or maybe they just suck in my own hands.

If you've got an idea that you're never going to use, or if you tried something that didn't work but still believe it can, instead of taking it to the grave why not post it here and see if it helps someone else out in the industry. Who knows, maybe you'll make someone filthy rich and they can say thanks in a fun way.

Green Screen Porn

Shoot high quality porn in front of a green screen. Allow users to edit and submit it for upload to the site. Two people fucking can quickly become two people fucking 60 stories up on the exposed high steel of a construction site, or fucking in a crowded shopping mall on black Friday. A cumshot can go on for 45 seconds. The editing gear needed is cheaper than ever and there are a lot of hobbyists. Offer contests that pay the top entry each month, each year, etc...

You'd provide the original green screen video and get back dozens of 'unique' updates by crowdsourcing the editing. It's as interactive as porn can get and would easily lead to a forum system member community, voting on who wins each week or month, etc etc etc... You could probably even upsell video editing software of some kind.

The original green screen versions of the videos wouldn't have all that much value to tubes or file lockers so piracy of those would likely be low, while the edited versions might make dynamite promo materials as tube submissions or even youtube clips if they are non-nudes.

OK here's an idea I had for a paysite that I never did anything with:

Make a paysite, gve away free Memberships, rinse/repeat.

Could never figure out how to make any money with this idea, tho. :(

I've never understood why one of the bigger billing companies hasn't created an easily implemented one click payment solution for porn, a bit like Amazon or Paypal has with the customers payment details already on file so it's seamless to make a purchase.

It's nearly 2014 and customers still have to wip out the credit card and fill out a form, it's simply not acceptable for the biggest impulse purchase online.

Would also be nice if people started thinking of ways that could cut out the credit card companies.

Digital currencies are a start but it'll be another decade before we have anything near widespread adoption.

Amazon or Paypal should get into adult, they both have the infrastructure and could provide exactly what I'm describing.

Another good idea is to offer lots of good content. Hardly anyone does that if we are being honest.

There is thing called netpay what is like paypal but seems it is not widely popular.
And paypal is available for europe customers over epoch.

How about a TMZ type of site but with porn celebrates. High quality fake candid shots of popular porn models out and about doing normal things. It should be a pro industry mainstream site that's non-nude but has links to the girls sites.

If done by the right guys with the right contacts it could be a real winner.

Only works if the infrastructure is in place, Amazon or Paypal would be perfect. Nothing much discrete than Amazon or Paypal on your CC or Bank statement.

It was definitely great news when Paypal started working with Epoch, hopefully if it's a success for EU customers Paypal will extend the service worldwide.

Here's an idea that was just done to me so it might work for others.

First, find someone who runs a successful niche site and become close friends with them to ensure you get detailed information about the operation of the site including equipment, concept, model contacts, etc. Ensure that you quickly get enough info that will save you from having to do as little work and creative thinking as possible.

Then, launch a site using a similar name and set-up with the same girls that way you can piggy back off the first site's SEO. This way when surfers are looking for specific girls in that niche they will find links to the copy site and get confused thinking it's the first site.

It's shady as fuck but it might be worth it to those who are more concerned about table scraps.
