who knows what the actual practices are of companies currently shooting in LA?

Porno Dan was in here a while ago throwing scare tactics out to get his competitors to fall in line "I'd hate to get arrested for shooting non-condom" etc (although no one is even talking about arresting anyone...not even AHF.

The latest I've heard is that they are dropping all enforcement efforts. True or False?
