If you like sriracha...
You will need the following:
2 cups salted peanuts 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons sriracha 1 teaspoon of your favorite spice mix (feel free to omit) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (powder, not salt) salt and pepper to taste baking sheet aluminum foil nonstick spray Do the following: 1) Preheat oven to 350°. 2) Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and nonstick spray. 3) Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Spread out evenly on baking sheet. 4) Bake for 12-15 min., until peanuts are toasted. 5) Remove from oven. Allow 10 min. cooling time. Eat. Thank me later. |

Sounds great. I'm hooked on the Sriracha. I put it on basically everything since discovering it about a year ago.

I slathered a chicken breast with it before and tossed it in the oven til it was black on the sides....Mmmmm.

On the topic of roasted nuts, I'm hooked on Tamari almonds. Similar cooking but you just add the tamari at the end and let it boil off. Awesome.
