I highly doubt it will be effective for adult. Almost nobody shares adult content on social networks.

Not true...

I'd say it's true for more family friends related social networks like Facebook.

Vine, Twitter, etc... do very well for us. Reminds me I really need to get posting on Vine again. We have around 1200 followers with 5 or so videos haha
