So I actually had to tell someone that a plastic bag on their kids head is not good.

I was walking up behind them, I thought it was odd however I figured it would be a cut out. With holes for the mouth or something.

Nope full on plastic bag and fairly tight around the kids head.
So I got the mother's attention and made the choking sign and pointed to her kid. So then she took the bag off. Really lady?
