Reality based content

Anyone know what kind of $ is involved in producing such content?

More specifically, where would we hire 'actresses' and what can we expect to be paying for the whole shabang (facial, all that).

If anyone has any info or contacts let me know!

$200 for the digicam
$50 for the model
$25 for a kick ass story script
$60 for a used 486er to convert your movie files
$9 for a domainname

... so with less than $500 you could be running a site like bangbus !!

You forgot the 30.00 for the bus pass.

funkmaster 03-03-2003 03:34 AM

... shit, you are right there ... but still under $500 ... and still a $126 budget left ... what else ?

$1.79 for some Icy Hot and we can create at least 45 good minutes of footage from that.

depends - you could produce some kind of reality video content very cheap on your own i.e. recruit the models yourself, you are the male talent, shot POV style - your only cost is the girl, depending where you are that could be $200-300.

But if you're looking to have a site like Bangbus or Milfseeker, you're going to have to pay somebody to produce that for you.
If you're running a site that is going to need weekly updates, you're going to have somebody in a city with a big talent pool of girls willing to suck dick on camera - L.A., Miami, Montreal, San Diego.

Simple POV BJ reality stuff I could do fairly cheap for you. If it's more along the lines of Bangbus etc - $2,000 and up depending on how complex it is, how many girls, guys, setup scene.

Expect to pay 1.5k+ for the shoot.
For every hour of usable film you will most likely shoot two. If your shooting a series, that will go down once you get in a groove.
Plan on spending quite a bit of time on post production. After editing your film, it can take anywhere from 5 - 12 minutes to an hour + to render 1 minute of your film, unless you have a dual processor computer. (rendering speed is all processor)

We spent 2k on the Harrison house video that we shot for Cyberfoxes That took 2 days to prep, 3 hours of rehersal and 3 hours to shoot. Post production took 7 hours.

what is the Harrison house video? you say it like we should be familiar with it? Post a link.

when you say you spent 2k on it, how much did you charge this Cyberfox website? 3k?
