Java trojan exploit making the rounds
Just thwarted an updated Cryptolocker virus coming through Java exploit.
Fucked up a few comps at a local business yesterday ..... files encrypted until ransom is paid in Bit coins or Moneypak. LOL Dumbass criminals. |
too bad they didn't delete it all months ago when they should have

Here is the link to the stand alone prevention tool that will block it from running at the root level an changing your files...it's a must if you're running Windows. Typical antivirus proggys are not a sure bet on keeping it from your system as the virus is being changed constantly and the virus definitions and your update clients aren't always hand in hand with the change. I run a PC business and trust me, you don't want this on your system.
