So they made a realtime 3d avatar of an asian kid moved by an older person who wears VR stuff - and the guys seeing the 3d avatar believe this was a real filipina kid. Fascinating.

very few saw / wanted to see the 3d girl. most of it was done via text chat.

I think it is brilliant and it would be nice to see people here support such efforts if not help with tech expertise and ways to report such scum on their networks.

Yes I've read they've catched the guys in "free chats for teens" found via google. And that one of the moderators of those free chats, who was supposed to kick out bad people, it was actually one of the bad guys.
Of course free chats are not commercial operations like the adult cam sites, subject to law, accounting, visa/mastercard checks, and lots of "do not enter if under 18" warnings.
Those teen chats are opened and moderated by "volunteers" for free, but why an adult would spend his time (and some money?) to open and moderate a free chat for teens?
