Not all Streamate Whitelabels are Penalized...
I know whitelabels like "Free Ones Cams" or "Barelist Live" are definitely penalized by google.
Just do a search for those terms or any other known Streamate Whitelabels. Not hard to figure out. You can't even find them in google, unless you write site:domain.com But when I search for "free cam stars", I still see their Streamate Whitelabel in top of google. And no, im not talking about their paid adwords campaign. So, what makes them different from the others? They don't really have a unique design, just changed a few things, but the core of the design is not unique. I wonder if the Streamate Guys are working to change all other whitelabels to fix this penalization. Cool story bro? Maybe... |
Nobody can fix google rankings at the moment... Seo died a few months ago. Just grab some popcorn and watch your sites Rise or fall...

Google has killed almost everything that is not Google. My whitelabel is doing ok though - but with 0% Google traffic.

The only factor I've been able to pinpoint yet were the W/L that didn't have many backlinks didn't get penalized (yet).
From a quick observation, seems like the W/L that were ranking for a lot of terms were the ones that got hit the hardest. |
No fair :(

In all honestly, I never feel like our WL would or should ever generate any traffic from SE's.
The content is 100% duplicate... now maybe if Streamate allowed us to customize the WL landing pages / model pages, etc... and we could make them different even down to a style level, different story. I just feel like the WL is for making sales from our other sources of traffic... main site, social media, etc... |
camtv.com is not penalyzed on google

Those are "brands", an emd or pmd are obviously going to rank for those kws, these keywords have absolutely fuckall competition, and they are not even 1 btw :error

You say "free cam stars", Streamate Whitelabel in top of google; reason is freecamstars it was an independent cam site for a year, until switched to streamate. The same happened for other livebucks sites which was independent cam site for years, until switched to streamate. Google remembers the years before it was an original site, and the whitelabel issue did not penalize in % enough yet. With time, the previous years authority will decrease in % and the penalize of recent time prevail.

Seriously, it has nothing to do with that. There are branding whitelabels penalized, and branding whitelabels not penalized. There are general terms whitelabels, penalized. And general terms whitelabels not penalized. |
It is not matter of "brand", it is matter if what it was on the same domain name the years before, if unique content or whitelabel/cloned content.
You can check this with archive.org , which shows site copies in the past. See freecamstars in 2012 it wa a completely custom, unique cam site: https://web.archive.org/web/20121024...ecamstars.com/ Then later switched to streamate WL. But google does an average with the past, and some of the authority/uniqueness of the past will hold for a while. I seen same behaviour for livebucks sites converted in streamate, these stay upper still now in results. |
