Team Viewer experts?
I sent a support ticket to Team Viewer, they did not reply, hoping one of you guys might know.
Let's say that I have a few games on Computer B, I use Computer A as my primary operating machine. I can Team Viewer into Computer B and play those games. However, the video will only come through Team Viewer to Computer A on a few of the games. One of the games that works is Diablo II. A few of the games that don't work are SimCity, Diablo III, and Civ V. Why do some games work and others don't? How can I get around this? |
It's just not designed to render the video from the game and deliver it across something like that. The team viewer can just not handle the graphics its trying to deliver.

Teamviewer only does video at 12fps ... if your game is serving 30fps (or greater) the video refresh rate is going to suck balls - that's if your video card even decides to try it.

try with windows remote desktop also
I am prety sure that there is no remote desktop application that will send video in real time. |

I believe you are using TV for something totally different than it was created for. :2 cents: |

If you have a crazy good video card, I'm talking like one of those 600 dollar cards you might be able to get it to at least show the video but it's going to be crap no matter what. Like the other guys said, it really isn't designed to play video games on. If you are trying to automate collections of items in these games you will need to have a bunch of cheap servers to do it.

Team Viewer just e-mailed me back. They said version 9, just released, supports better video. I downloaded and tested, sure enough, games work!
