How would YOU sell 10,000 "wood cabinet doors"?
 

This guy I know has had them in the BASEMENT of an old warehouse he owns.. just about forever now... Almost a decade..

What would you do with them?

Some of that lumber is expensive, I would imagine.

But to hire some $10/hr guys to haul them up out of there .. up STAIRS. . . christ

I thought about maybe making a ramp and trying to take them up using a motorized pallet jack or some shit but I highly doubt that'd work .. and if you tried to drive a fork up something that steep that'd be very stupid

Then I thought, if we had some guys down there palletizing them maybe we could set some rollers up over the stairs and use forks to PULL them up to the ground floor


But then, what to do with them? Maybe cut some of them up and sell pieces for arts and crafts bullshit? Maybe get some big hobby store to buy it off of us? Maybe sell it to cabinet makers?

Keep on doing what your doing and puff the magic dragon will carry them out.

I'd try to find a company that uses wood cabinet doors every single day and sell them in bulk.

Leave them there. After that long they are most likely worthless. Let the owner deal with that kind of garbage. He should be paying you to haul them away. :2 cents:

Step 2. Check for and hope your friend doesn't have the largest termite infestation in the world.
Step 3. Get average price for cabinet doors by local manufacturers.
Step 4. Find local contractors and developers in your area.
Step 5. Work out a distribution deal with several of them, offering the cabinet doors for 60% of average market value.
Step 6. Profit: Yes, No

If Step 6 == Yes, proceed to step 7.
If Step 6 == No, Proceed to step 8.

Step 7. Buy a new phone with your new found riches.
Step 8. Build the worlds largest campfire. Alternatively, build a house that looks like a cabinet.

Locate 10,000 cabinets that need the doors replaced.

What wood are they?
What condition are they in?
Move them yourself, and save that $10 an hour.
Why would you pay for labour when you have no $.. odd.

Sell them in bulk to home builders...have them pick them up.

Ask around on adult boards.
