Serious thread, need site owners who use CCBill please

I have a serious issue that I may have discovered with CCBill. However, I would like to see if this is an issue that only I am having, or if it's a bigger problem. (Hopefully, it's just me.)

If anyone here uses CCBill (as a site owner) and has access to their server and CCBill admin panel, please post your contact info here and I'll contact you.

I know it's late on a Friday night, but hopefully a couple people are around to help me check something...

That's why I wanted to keep it private until I could confirm with someone else.

I've been told it's a known "problem", though. Gonna check with them and see WTF is going on.

Happens all the time. CCBill has 3 main server locations. They must write to your server to remove a member, sometimes that fails for whatever reason. Leaves more in your password file then should be. They do not write to it again... it is a 1 and done deal.

Im saying that sometimes the password file and member base do not match up because of server error. No, ccbill is not collecting money.

I am saying is by using third party (in general) costs you more then you know.

I had konrad, marco from sliiing, sara all say and see the same thing. Sales have way more then doubled, im fact, new sales have tripled from previous month.

What ccbill does behind closed doors, i have no idea nor care. I only care about projects i am personally vested in. And they will never include a third party biller again.
