Perhaps more affiliates should ask to be paid in bitcoins, for programs considering supporting it. I don't see this happening.
Also, it would be easier to pay in bitcoins, if there was users paying in bitcoins - this also I don't see happening.

Any companies using MPA3 can add bitcoins and pay out in bitcoins.
