I don't see why he is shutting it down. Didn't he recently post some stats showing that it still makes several thousand dollars a year? Why not just leave it up and let it run on autopilot until the rebills dry up?

I don't mind Paul and most of what he says is true BUT jesus it's the same treatise over and over and over for 10 years. one popular definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. what does he want - what's done is done, thousands of people made a ton of money the old way, the old way did have a negative impact in the long run but who cares, tubes were going to happen and the only people who will be left making money are those who own tubes and those who can get traffic that will convert nicely from tube traffic.

Paul Markham is alot like every Liberal Moonbat, Conservative Wingnut, Partisan Parasite and Christian Religionist combined. Or every Atheist who is incapable of going a day without arguing against God's existence despite the supposed blatantly overwhelming evidence of said God's inexistance.

There is no reason at all to close a site making money, especially when you're nearly dead and have a young wife and child who will need to be looked after when you're gone.

Name three possible reasons to close something making money. I dare you to try.
