BF usually does scripted gameplay for those single player things... talking about single player (cause someone mentioned it):

Buying any Battlefield game for the single player part of the game is straight out stupid - it's just about as stupid as buying Call of Duty games for their multiplayer action.

Battlefield is all about the multiplayer, I for one am pretty fired up. The GF and kids are out of the house the weekend it comes out, so for 24 hours, 3 of the old boys are coming over with their computers and we will act like we were 17 years ago. Beer, gaming and lots of fun. It'll be epic.

I never got into Battlefield 3. Played it, didn't do much for me, still playing COD. Daily.

I don't like the stories either. I want to play a game, not hear a story. If I wanted a story, I would watch a movie.

Loved the original BF, and Desert Combat. Played BF2 a bit, but it just wasn't as much fun multiplayer for some reason. Might give this one a go - it looks amazing to be fair
