You are stupid. Buy a PC, download ANYTHING from http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/By-...nner-Recording. Grab a cheap USB keyboard and download thousands of free effects and plugins. Literally thousands and thousands of free drum kits and amp emulators are available. Even the cheap Music Creator comes with fantastic mixing and emulating software and a 32-track recording studio. If you choose to buy Sonor, then you have a true professional studio - but it does tend to eat hard-drives with disconcerting regularity :(
Fuck. Here is a song that I made with my teenage son about six tears ago when I "splurged" and bought him a guitar, an amp, a $50 USB keyboard and a Xenyx802 mixer. Total cost - not including the computer - about 200 bucks. Ok, I lied. The Creative Emu 0404 sound card cost about $200 by itself... Windows will not let you record music in real time out of the box.
